Code of Ethics of the International Network of Independent Experts Auto

    I. General

  1. This Code of Ethics aims to:
    1. To create conditions for strengthening the authority of the International Network of Independent Experts Automobile (INIAE) as a professional organization of individuals and companies engaged in auto expertise, consultations, certifications and more. services related to vehicles.

  5. II. INIAE relations with external bodies and individuals

  11. III. Relations between members of INIAE

  12. Members of INIAE establish between them relations of cooperation and assistance based on the principles of loyalty to the organization and individual members, mutual trust, tolerance, ethics, honesty, impartiality, political neutrality, responsibility and accountability.
  13. The expert is obliged to behave, which does not harm the reputation of INIAE, not only in the performance of his duties, but in his public and private life.
  14. The expert is obliged to carry out actions, offers and make decisions leading to the elimination of arbitrariness and strengthen confidence INIAE.
  15. INIAE member of the Advisory Council is not entitled in any form, to use his position to obtain advantages or benefits.
  16. The sponsor of INIAE (AutoExpert International) creates and maintains databases for experts, customers and vehicles for which have done expertise. This information is strictly confidential and can be given only to the police, tax authorities or other authorized authorities and only in the event of a formal written request.
  17. Network members input and update information about themselves, customers and vehicles. They are responsible for the accuracy and topicality of these data.   22. IV. Penalties

  23. Penalties under this Code shall be imposed in order to warn and educate the offender to comply with ethical norms and to influence as instructive on other members.
  24. Penalties may be imposed only by a decision of the Advisory Council, acting by a majority of two thirds of those present at the meeting.
  25. Advisory Council considers the reports of violations of this Code and shall give a reasoned opinion at the latest within three months of receipt. Failure to time be considered an implied waiver of a penalty.

  30. Changes to this Code may only make decisions of the Advisory Council taken by a majority of two thirds of those present at the meeting.
